The warranty center at AVI JSC is a link in Bosch's global warranty network, invested in modern equipment, with a team of professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable human resources.
The warranty process at AVI JSC applies in accordance with Bosch's process and is directly managed by the Bosch Warranty Center in Singapore. The warranty center at AVI JSC always best meets the Company's goals as well as the increasing requirements from customers.
So far, BOSCH Authorized Service Center in Ha Noi has become a reliable name to customers for many years. Owning a team of professional technicians who were trained directly by Bosch experts , we commit to provide customers with the good maintenance and warranty service in a timely manner. In addition, we have applied the ISO 9001-2015 to our process to manage the repair quality and improve our performance.
Equipment warranty process
Issues related to the warranty
1. Full Warranty
The following regulations are applied to Bosch products
- The product is in warranty time.
- The product is damaged due to technical fault of the manufacturer.
- The serial number on the product must be intact, not shaved, patchy, or overlaid with any other item.
- Product invoice directly from Bosch.
- Demonstration of equipment warranty ticket as for customers purchasing from Bosch agency in Vietnam.
2. Conditions are not guaranteed for free (Charge)
- The product has expired warranty or within the warranty period but due to fault of customer caused damage.
- The serial number is erased or is too dim due to external action.
- The product is damaged by natural disasters, floods, lightning strikes, fire or other transportations that cause cracks, mists, cracks, scratches.
- The product is damaged due to improper use according to instructions, due to improper installation, due to incorrect power supply, unstable voltage or frequency.
- The product is rusted, corroded, or filled with liquids.
- Products that have been removed, repaired or replaced elsewhere not the supplier.
- No proof of purchase of goods or equipment warranty card.
When customers bring a damaged equipment to the center for warranty to repair, it will be received by the relevant department and technical staff at the center will check the failure of the equipment provided by the customer, then the service center shall confirm the warranty type: in or out of the warranty period, or equipment damage due to customer fault... then sign "Confirmation Letter Repair / Warranty”.
Technical staff can remove, open the device to preliminarily check the fault in the witness of the customer to ensure objectivity when receiving broken equipment.
Note: Customers need to provide detailed and accurate faults on the equipment for technical staff in Service Center to repair faster and more efficiently.
The equipment in the warranty has been repaired as follows:
- From 1 to 3 days as for parts or main boards being available at the store of the Service Center.
- About 2 to 3 weeks as for parts s or main boards being ordered from Bosch
- Approximately 4 to 6 weeks as for parts or main boards being ordered from the Bosch factory
During the repair process, we will update the device status by phone or email so that customers can monitor the repair progress of their device.
The out of warranty equipment shall be repaired as follows:
When the Service Center sends the repair price to the customers and receives their confirmation, the repair time is as follows:
- From 1 to 3 days as for parts or main boards being available at the store of the Service Center
- About 2 to 3 weeks as for parts s or main boards being ordered from Bosch
- Approximately 4 to 6 weeks as for parts or main boards being ordered from the Bosch factory
- The warranty period of 03 months as for spare parts, main boards being replaced with the repeated error according to Bosch’s regulations
After the equipment has been completed repair, the center will test the equipment according to Bosch’s standards.
Notify the customer (via telephone, email, etc.) that the equipment has been completed repair and return it to the customer. When the customer comes to receive the equipment, technicians at the service center will specifically notify the failure which has been recovered, and recommend or advice customers on the usage in order to avoid the same error.
Note:
- When customers come back to receive their recovered equipment they need to carry a copy 2 of "Confirmation Letter Repair/ Warranty” and proceeds procedures for returning equipment after repair.
- In case the customers lose a "Confirmation Letter Repair/ Warranty”, they must immediately report to the Service Center by telephone for timely handling to avoid damage.
